Standard First Aid is the most comprehensive Red Cross course Vancouver First Aid offers. Standard First Aid includes either CPR-C or CPR-HCP. What is the cost?
Standard First Aid with CPR-C costs $130.00 Standard First Aid with CPR-HCP costs $135. Course fee includes a Red Cross manual, certification fee and all applicable taxes.
How long is this course?
Approximately 14-16 hours, either 2 consecutive days or 3 consecutive evenings. Candidate will receive breaks for snacks and meals.
What certification will I receive?
Successful candidates will receive a Red Cross Standard First Aid & AED certification issued by the instructor upon completion. Red Cross certifications are nationally accredited and are valid for up to three years. Award will state certification in Standard First Aid, CPR “C” or CPR “HCP” and AED
Annual re-certification may be necessary for some educational programs and employers.
What are the prerequisites?
No prior first aid knowledge is required to take this course.

Standard First Aid Re-Certifications
Re-certifications are available for this course. To register for a re-certification select CPR-C from the re-certification menu bar or from the Upcoming Courses side bar.
Private Classes
Private Standard First Aid classes are available upon request. We offer private courses in Burnaby, Coquitlam, Delta, Richmond, Surrey, Vancouver and throughout the Lower Mainland. Transfers and refunds can be accommodated 72 hours prior to the course.
Additional Notes:
Wear comfortable clothes and bring your own meals. We are located in convenient locations where you can purchase food at nearby locations. No homework necessary. Come relaxed and rested.
**Dates: At least two dates are required to complete a Standard First Aid with CPR C and AED course. The dates posted below are the start dates.
