CPR-C & AED Recertifications
Red Cross CPR level C and AED Re-certifications are available through Vancouver First Aid Ltd. Courses are available at our training locations throughout the Lower Mainland, including Burnaby, Coquitlam, Richmond, Surrey, Delta and Vancouver. Candidates in this resuscitation course will review the topic covered in the original CPR level C certification. Focus in the CPR course will be on changes in standards and areas in which candidates need more review / improvement.
Prerequisites:
To be eligible for a CPR level “C” re-certification course candidates must have completed a re-cert course or the full course within the past 3 years. Certification must be presented to instructor at beginning of the class, to be issued a new certificate. Previous certification must have been completed through a credible provider such as:
- The Canadian Red Cross
- St. Johns Ambulance
- Heart and Stroke Foundation
- Lifesaving Society
- SAFE First Aid
If you have a certificate completed through a provider not listed above please feel free to contact us to determine eligibility for a Red Cross re-certification. Certificates awarded outside of Canada or via online course are not eligible for renewal.
Course Content:
Candidates in this refresher course will cover all of the material from the original CPR level “C” course. The Red Cross instructor will focus candidates on skills and knowledge area’s that need improvement and on changes to the standards.
No Pressure:
If you do not complete the course the first time you will be allowed to re-take the course at no extra cost. At Vancouver First Aid Ltd we understand that people learn at different speeds and through a variety of different methods.
Cancellation / Transfer Policy:
Refunds or transfer of CPR-C recertification courses are only accepted 72 hours prior to course.

Length of Course: 3-4 hours
Certification:
Successful candidates will receive a Red Cross certification card by the instructor upon completion of CPR “C” re-cert course. The award is valid for 3 years. Candidates may be required to re-certify the award at a earlier date based on employer or school policy.

To register for a CPR level “C” and AED re-certification course, select the location and time from the selection below. Complete the registration form and submit payment to guarantee a spot in the course. Payment options include debit, Pay Pal, and credit cards. Private CPR level “C” Renewal Courses:
To request a private CPR “C” re-cert course please email us at info@vancouverfirstaid.ca or call us at 778-709-9180. We have available instructors that can come to you or we can set up a course at one of our training locations.
Additional Information:
Previous card must be presented to the instructor at the start of the class. Recertification cards will not be issued if previous card is not presented.
