Standard childcare first aid is a course designed for childcare workers, daycare workers parents and youth caretakers. It is one of the most comprehensive first aid and CPR courses. To register for a standard childcare first aid course with CPR level “B” fill out the registration form on the bottom of the page.

Course Content:

The course is very similar to the standard first aid with CPR level “C” course, however, it has additional childcare first aid components. Automated external defibrillator (AED) training comes standard with the course.

This course comes standard with CPR level “B”. No other CPR level can be partnered with this class. AED training is also included in this course.

Course Length:

The course is 16 hours in length and is normally completed within two consecutive days.

Course Cost:

The cost of this course is 149.99. Included in the fee is the certification fee, childcare first aid manual and all applicable taxes. Wall mount certificates are also available upon completion.

Prerequisites:

Candidate must be at least 12 years of age to attend the course. No other prerequisites are required.

Certifications:

Upon successful completion of the course, candidates will receive a workplace approved standard childcare first aid and CPR level “B” certificate. AED training is also included in the certificate.

Re-Certifications:

Re-certifications are not available for this course. To re-certify your award, candidates must retake the course.

**Dates: At least two days are required to complete a Standard Childcare First Aid with CPR B and AED course. The dates posted below are the start dates.
