Childcare First Aid Recertification
Vancouver First Aid offers Red Cross Childcare Recertification courses. Courses are available throughout the Lower Mainland, including Burnaby, Coquitlam, Surrey, Delta and Vancouver. This course is for candidates looking to renew their Red Cross emergency childcare first aid certification. The class is approximately 8 hours in length and covers a variety of topics and focuses on areas in which candidates require the most review on and on topics where the standards have changed. All emergency childcare first aid topics will be reviewed in this course. Proof of previous certification is required and previous certificate must be within 5 years of expiry date. After 5 years of expiration candidates are required to retake the course. Re-certification card is valid for 3 years, however, an employer can request employee’s re certify in a shorter time period.
At Vancouver First Aid we understand the importance of being certified so we promise to never cancel a CPR or first aid course.
Successful candidates will receive a Red Cross Emergency Childcare first aid certification. CPR certification is included in the this course.
