Watery ordeal
Paramedics were called to an address in the hamlet of Delacour in Rockyview County after a 3-year old boy was found in a pool at the home according to EMS spokesman Nate Pike.
The family members performed CPR on the boy before paramedics rushed him to a healthcare facility by ground ambulance in critical, life-threatening condition.
The STARS Air Ambulance was put on standby for the call, but crews opted to transport the child by ground.
