Each of our instructors is handpicked for their ability to teach practical, hands-on first aid and CPR in a way that’s memorable, confidence-building, and aligned with CSA and WorkSafe BC standards where applicable. We also operate under the strictest internal training and audit protocols in the industry, ensuring a consistently high-quality learning experience for every student.

Ms. Lalita – First Aid Instructor

With a strong background in healthcare and education, Ms. Lalita brings both knowledge and passion to the classroom. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, as well as diplomas in Nursing Leadership & Management and Administrative Office Professional studies.

With over two years of teaching experience, Ms. Lalita is dedicated to creating a fun, engaging, and supportive learning environment where students feel confident and empowered. Her calm approach and interactive teaching style help make even the most complex topics easy to understand.

Outside the classroom, Lalita enjoys traveling and reading, always seeking new ways to grow personally and professionally.

Ms. Mandeep K. – First Aid Instructor

Mandeep Kaur is a licensed Emergency Medical Responder (EMR) with a strong foundation in health, safety, and science. With over 2.5 years of experience teaching first aid, Mandeep is passionate about delivering practical, hands-on training that empowers students to act confidently in real-life emergencies.

Her engaging and supportive teaching style ensures every student not only learns the material but also retains it under pressure. Whether you’re new to first aid or renewing your certification, Mandeep is committed to helping you build the skills and confidence needed to make a difference.

She looks forward to helping you succeed in your training and beyond.

Dr. Sunil S – First Aid Instructor

Dr. Sunil brings over 25 years of international medical experience and more than a decade of teaching First Aid in the Vancouver and Fraser Valley areas. For the past 8+ years, he has proudly taught with St. Mark James Training, helping thousands of students gain the skills and confidence needed to respond in emergencies.

As an internationally trained physician, Dr. Sunil offers a unique and deeply informed perspective on emergency response. His medical expertise, combined with his passion for community education, ensures that every course he teaches is practical, engaging, and rooted in real-world scenarios.
