Complete the registration form below to register for a workplace approved first aid and CPR re-certification courses. Select the re-certification course you need from the drop down box below. Please ensure you meet the required prerequisites. 100% attendance is required to successfully complete the course. Refunds are not accepted within 72 hours of the course. Prior to this time refunds and transfers are free of charge. Within 72 hours of the course transfers are charged 25 dollars. Please contact us if you require the recertification for Lifeguarding or Massage Licensing.
