Students not following these rules will be asked to retake the exam at a later date.

Multiple versions must be used if more than one person is attending the examination

Participants arriving more than 15 minutes late must take it at a later date

Participants must be seated one empty space apart

Classroom is a verbal and physical harassment free environment and must be maintained by all participants

Participants should select the answer that is most correct.

Test sheet and answer sheet are kept on record and not handed back to the student.

Students cannot record or photograph exam questions

Instructor must keep record of roster and exam and file accordingly.

Alcohol and substance abuse free zone. Violence is not permitted.
If your attempt is not successful…
Students must obtain 70% or higher in order to pass the written exam. Should a student not succeed in their first attempt, students will be granted a 2nd attempt at no additional cost on a subsequent exam date. Due to time limitations, proctors will be unable to offer a reattempt on the same date. Please contact the office to schedule your reattempt.
Should a student fail their 2nd attempt, the student will be required to take the full program again at their own cost. As this exam is the only way to confirm comprehension of the course material, there is no ability for proctors to alter the rules outlined above.
