CPR Level C and AED Re-certification Courses in Vancouver First Aid
CPR level C and AED Re-certification are available through Vancouver First Aid Ltd. Courses are available at our training locations throughout the Lower Mainland, including Burnaby, Coquitlam, Richmond, Surrey, Delta and Vancouver. Candidates in this resuscitation course will review the topic covered in the original CPR level C certification. Focus in the CPR course will be on changes in standards and areas in which candidates need more review / improvement.
Prerequisites for CPR Level C and AED Re-certification Courses in Vancouver:
To be eligible for a CPR level “C” re-certification course candidates must have completed a re-cert course or the full course within the past 3 years. To receive a new certificate, students must present their certification to the instructor at the beginning of the class. The previous certification must have been completed through a credible provider such as:
The Canadian Red Cross
St. Johns Ambulance
Heart and Stroke Foundation
St Mark James Training
Lifesaving Society
SAFE First Aid
If you have a certificate completed through a provider not listed above please feel free to contact us to determine eligibility for a re-certification. Certificates awarded outside of Canada or via online course are not eligible for renewal.
Prerequisites for CPR Level “C” Re-Certification Courses in Vancouver:
To be eligible for a CPR Level “C” Re-Certification, candidates must:
Have completed a full or recertification course within the past 3 years.
Present a valid certification card from a credible provider, such as St. John Ambulance, the Red Cross, St. Mark James Training, the Heart and Stroke Foundation, Lifesaving Society, or SAFE First Aid.
Important Note:
Expired certification cards will not be accepted.
Candidates who fail to present a valid card at the start of the class will not receive a recertification card.
Course Content:
Candidates in this refresher course will cover all of the material from the original CPR level “C” course. The WorkSafeBC approved instructor will focus candidates on skills and knowledge area’s that need improvement and on changes to the standards.
No Pressure:
If you do not complete the course the first time you will be given the opportunity to re-take the course at no extra cost.
Course Cost
The cost of this course is 45.99. Course fee includes an online manual, certification fee and all applicable taxes. Hard copy manuals are available for an additional $10.
Additional Notes
Please ensure that you meet the prerequisites of the course. Participants that attend the course without meeting the prerequisites will not be issued a refund.
Transfers and refunds are not available within 72 hours of the original course. Prior to this time participants may receive a full refund. There are no refunds for rescheduled events.
