Participants enrolled in CPR level “A” will learn to recognize and manage choking adult victims.

The CPR Level “A” course covers essential lifesaving skills and knowledge, preparing participants to respond confidently to adult medical emergencies. Key topics include:

  • Recognizing and managing choking in adult victims
  • Understanding the first aider’s role in emergency situations
  • The “Check, Call, Care” approach to emergency response
  • H.A.I.N.E.S. recovery position for unconscious but breathing victims
  • Assisting with medications during medical emergencies
  • Identifying and responding to angina and heart attacks
  • Recognizing the signs of a stroke and providing appropriate care
  • Performing adult CPR techniques
  • Proper use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
  • Managing deadly external bleeding

This course provides hands-on practice and expert instruction to ensure participants are well-prepared for real-life emergencies.
