A man who was found unconscious in a condominium pool received CPR. A man in his 30s was found unconscious in the indoor pool of a condominium complex in Papineau Ave. in Montreal.
A security guard discovered the man at the bottom of the pool, on the 27th floor of the building located near Lafontaine Park. CPR was quickly delivered and the man was transported to a healthcare facility and is in critical condition. Based on the preliminary information, the cause is essentially accidental.
Timely action to save a life
The immediate delivery of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) can save lives. It is a life-saving technique that improves the chances of survival during emergencies. It is recommended to enroll in a first aid course to be prepared.
