Woman was given CPR after pulled from water off Cherry Beach

A woman who was pulled from the water off Cherry Beach was given CPR. The woman was in a critical condition and was later declared dead.

Prompt intervention

The authorities were called to the beach at around 9 AM. The police stated that someone went into the water to pull the woman out before lifeguards performed CPR.
